Precautions for the construction of geogrids

In order to prevent longitudinal skewing in the geogrid paving process, it's essential to have a relatively flat surface for the paving layer. To achieve this, a white or hanging line should be drawn according to the width of the area intended for paving. Once this is done, the paving work can begin. The first step is to fix the ends of the grid using iron nails (eight nails per meter width, spaced evenly). With the ends secured, a paving machine can be used to slowly pull the grid forward, allowing for manual tensioning and straightening every 10 meters. After a roll of geogrid is laid, the process can be repeated until the entire area is covered.

In order to ensure good overall quality, a 6T-10T roller should be used to roll the grid from the starting point to the forward direction. If the grid is to be laid on concrete pavement, a rubber roller road roller is recommended. However, if it is to be laid on a middle surface layer and screed, it is best to use a steel roller road roller.

When it comes to the actual process of paving, it's important to take the length of the roll as the length of the section to be paved. After laying a section, it's essential to check the overall quality before moving on to the next section. The next section can be paved with an overlap of 10-15CM, and can be fixed using iron nails or wooden wedges. The process of paving the next section continues in the forward direction until all sections have been completed. The same requirements and procedures apply throughout the entire process.
