The product offers excellent drainage capabilities and has a remarkable tensile strength. It effectively minimizes the chances of the geotextile becoming embedded in the mesh core, ensuring long-term and stable drainage. Furthermore, it can withstand high pressure over an extended period, withstanding compression loads of approximately 3000Ka. The product is also resistant to corrosion, acid, and alkali, ensuring a long service life. In terms of construction, it is highly convenient and helps to expedite the construction process, ultimately reducing investment requirements.

 

 

Products Applicaiton

 

 

The primary purpose of a geotechnical composite drainage geonet is to provide effective drainage and filtration in various soil stabilization and erosion control applications. This specialized geosynthetic material consists of two layers of geotextiles bonded together with an intervening core of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene (PP) geonet material. The unique composition of the geonet allows for the rapid flow of water while simultaneously preventing soil particles from passing through, protecting the underlying soil structure from erosion. As a result, geotechnical composite drainage geonets are widely used in the construction of retaining walls, landfills, roadways, and various other civil engineering projects where effective drainage and soil reinforcement are essential.

The use of a drainage system installed on the base is highly effective in expelling water between the filler and the base. This helps in blocking capillary water to form an efficient edge drainage system. With this structure in place, the drainage distance of the base is automatically shortened, resulting in a shorter drainage time. The shortened drain time prevents soil liquefaction and enhances the stability of the slope. Such a structure proves highly beneficial in maintaining the overall integrity of the slope.

When the composite geodrainage network and non-woven geotextiles are combined, they create a system that enables the collection and orderly discharge of rainwater or sewage from the storage yard. This is achieved through the unique drainage function of the system, which allows the water to permeate the soil cover layer and then be discharged from the interlayer of the soil mat, following the engineering requirements. This efficient drainage system prevents the formation of silting and ensures effective water management.

The isolation effect of the composite geodrainage network's geotextile is capable of efficiently preventing the mixture of the filler and base soil material.

The function of geotextiles with filter capabilities is to maintain the long-term drainage capacity of the core by preventing the infiltration of fine particles into the core gap. This ensures that the core remains effective over time.
